MEET THE TEAM

It’s about family & community, first.

Lucia Nguyen

LUCIA NguyEN

Lucia’s was raised in her moms clothing boutique in Hillsboro and has been helping women try on their clothes since she was a little girl. Her mom worked hard to provide for all of them by selling traditional clothes and connecting with her community.

Now, decades later, Lucia opened her very own women’s boutique store. Her goal? Spreading love and beauty in her community through dresses that make every woman feel as incredible as they are while honoring her mother’s example to never give up and pursue your dreams.

Pedro Bautista

The aforementioned brother, Pedro took to tailoring and alterations just to help out his mother and sister. Now, he’s the quiet, comforting presence that you trust to give you the perfect fit with his years of experience. (And if you can get him to smile, it lights up the room.)

He is also the owner of a local clothing store just down the road in Hillsboro. You could say the Lucia Isabel family is…cut from a different cloth.

THE TRAGEDY

“It was a dream come true. We saved for three years.” - Lucia

Both her and her husband worked two jobs and saved for years to achieve this dream.

Just 5 months after opening, an arsonist burned everything to the ground.

What mattered most to Lucia?

“It was a collection of things that I love and the celebrations that are such important pieces in people’s lives …” she said. “Each dress was somebody’s special moment.”

Special moments. Because that’s what Lucia Isabel Collection is about. Being there through dresses for every occasion, every special moment.

From the ashes, the Hillsboro community helped them rebuild. And today, stronger and more beautiful than ever, this woman owned business is here to make you feel unbreakable and beautiful no matter what life throws at you.

After all, it’s about family and community, first.
